• Delivery days are every Thursday from 3PM – 7PM
• Your online order must be before 12pm on Thursday to receive your order that day.
• Any orders after 12PM will be delivered the following Thursday.
• The customer must be over the age of 19 and must be present to accept the delivery, we cannot leave it on the doorstep.
• Customers must be 19 years of age or older, all deliveries will require valid government-issued ID. We ID under 25, it’s the law.
• Recipients cannot be under the influence of alcohol.
• Imperial City Brew House is not responsible for incomplete deliveries (no one home). The delivery will be rescheduled for the next delivery day.

• $15 flate rate shipping. For orders over $150, please select the free shipping option in the online cart.

• Orders placed before 3pm, will be shipped the following day via CANADA POST with an expected delivery of 1-3 business (Mon-Fri) days depending on zone.

• Once shipped, the delivery time is entirely out of our control. Please understand that during busy seasons/times, Canada Post may take longer than expected.

• A signature and proof of age is required upon accepting delivery from Canada Post.
