Many people have asked about our name and logo. As you may know, Sarnia was previously declared "The Imperial City" by Canada's Governor General, H.R.H. the Duke of Connaught, and his daughter Princess Patricia in 1914. Standing the test of time, the Imperial name has become synonymous with many aspects of Sarnia, an association that remains strong to this day.
Our logo, done in collaboration with @pivotdesignco, a former Sarnia resident, promotes what makes Sarnia unique and is something we can all immediately relate to. Our cityscape, featured in our logo, highlights some of the landmarks that shape Sarnia, and the droplet crown represents both Sarnia's rich history and our craft standing out above the rest.
Two years in the making from the time we began tossing the idea around, Imperial City Brew House has become something beyond all of our wildest dreams and we are extremely proud to share our delicious crafts and stunning taproom with everyone.
We are happy to announce that as of January 24, 2020, our doors opened to the public with an overwhelming response and rave reviews of our first four brews.
We look forward to sharing our passion with you and have strived to perfect some delicious beers we know everyone can enjoy.
We hope to see you soon.
